Soundcity

SoundCity is an interactive theater piece that features the streets of Chicago as the stage. This audio tour draws attention to movements and participants in Chicago's political history by telling the story of the places where they existed. Local artists created eight audio portraits of such landmark sites as the Hull House, Tree Studios, Meigs Field/Northerly Island, 21st Bridge and Chess Records. Audience members use a map to guide them to the locations included in the production.
